I bought an English Alpaca hat for a Christmas present and when it arrived it was so nice I wanted to order a second one. There were only a few days left before Christmas and I asked if we could get another one in time for Christmas. The folks at Pacabella popped one in the mail (even before they had received payment) I received the hat in time to give on Christmas morning.
